Important Notes
Each stone is cut from natural material, so minor variations in color, pattern and slight imperfections are to be expected. These unique characteristics make every charm one-of-a-kind.
Natural gemstones and gold-plated pieces last longest with a little care:
- Take your jewelry off before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Put it on after lotion, perfume, and hairspray.
- Wipe gently with the included polishing cloth; avoid chemical cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Store pieces separately in a dry pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangles.
- For stretch bracelets, roll them on and off rather than pulling the cord.
Made to order: every piece is handcrafted for you. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping begins.
Delivery: US 3–5 business days (USPS). International 10–15 business days; customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Free US shipping on orders over $50.
Returns & exchanges: because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair or exchange it at no cost to you.
